Stephen Ministry provides confidential, personal, spiritual care to members and friends during times of personal need.
Call of the Ministry Team: A Stephen Minister feels a calling to reach out with the message of God’s love and grace to those experiencing personal issues and problems.
Team Commitments:
- Reach out with the message of God’s love and grace to those experiencing personal issues and problems.
- To train a group of members who will be assigned to persons who have expressed a desire to have a Stephen Minister.
- To assist the pastor in providing ongoing care to members and friends of the congregation.
- To participate in on-going continuing training with fellow Stephen Ministers.
- To participate in preliminary training to become a Stephen Minister.
